Participants cannot opt in by text keyword. They can choose text reminders only while accepting a private project invitation or later under My settings.

What messages contain

Messages identify Track Mishnah and may include personalized deadline reminders, optional weekly or monthly progress summaries, project-start notifications, assignment and completion milestones, masechta-hold release requests and confirmations, and administrator-sent learning reminders. Messages may contain a secure link back to the tracker.

Message frequency varies based on the participant’s selected schedule, number of projects, project activity, and administrator-sent reminders. Message and data rates may apply.

Learning commands

From a mobile number linked to one active account, participants can use these guided commands. Every change shows numbered choices and requires confirmation before Track Mishnah updates learning.

  • DONE — choose a project when needed, then a masechta and the whole masechta or selected perakim to mark done or not done.
  • LIST — review current assignments and progress, then reply with an assignment number to see its Perakim grouped as done, learning now, and not done.
  • SUMMARY — receive shared progress for an active project; choose a numbered project first only when more than one project matches, reply MINE for only your assigned progress, or reply FULL for all 63 masechtos with assignment, completion, and open-Perakim details. MINE and FULL also work directly from an automatic summary or as standalone commands. Detailed replies pack as many complete Sedarim as safely fit and never split a Seder.
  • UNDO — choose completed learning to mark not done.
  • CLAIM — assign an open whole masechta or selected perakim to yourself; held masechtos identify the holder and let an eligible participant request release. After a requested hold is released, reply CLAIM within 30 minutes to choose that masechta directly, subject to current availability.
  • RELEASE — release an active hold when you are the named holder or a project owner/administrator.
  • EXIT — leave the current menu without making a change.

Control, privacy, and support

Text reminders are optional and are not a condition of participating in a project. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Participants can also sign in, open My settings, and turn text reminders off or change their schedule.
